To unsubscribe from notifications or emails that you are receiving from Braintrust, adjust the settings from your talent dashboard or submit a ticket.
Unsubscribe from jobs or $BTRST related notifications
Step 1
From your talent dashboard, access the settings menu.
Step 2
From SETTINGS > click on NOTIFICATIONS.
Step 3
Click to toggle which email notifications you would like to stop.
For Notifications about new $BTRST reward availability, you can select ‘Immediately’, ‘Daily’ or ‘Never’, by clicking the option at the bottom of the notification list.
Unsubscribe from Marketing emails
To unsubscribe from marketing emails, scroll to the bottom of the email and unsubscribe directly from the links shared in the footer.
Unsubscribe from Screening emails
To unsubscribe from emails from our screening team, submit a ticket to confirm you want to be removed from all future screening emails.
