BTRST is designed to provide our community with control and governance over the Braintrust network as well as various functionalities. It can be earned on the Braintrust network through a number of different contributions, including building out a talent profile (work history, reputation, skill certifications, etc.), referring new talent, referring new clients and helping to vet and curate the talent pool.
