Can anyone in the network receive one-on-one advice or offer advice?
Braintrust is primarily made up of skilled professionals with a minimum of 5 years of professional, vetted experience. All Talent are able to post questions and provide answers in the Professional Network feature.
Talent will have multiple ways to demonstrate their qualifications — and another harder to pinpoint trait: general helpfulness — including their public profile and resume, which others can view. They can continue to build their reputation on the network while building up the Braintrust community, by offering expert advice, or teaching others useful skills.
Who have you recruited to provide career advice?
As of writing, there are more than 304,535 professionals in the Braintrust network, many of whom are eager to, and capable of, providing career help. Timeliness and quality are key in getting the right value and help for each person. As people start leveraging these new features, Braintrust will adjust to proactively find the right people to fulfill career advice needs.
