When screening potential talent for our clients we are looking for a number of different criteria. Today, the criteria to become an Approved Talent includes:
- A detailed resume that showcases who you are as a candidate
- Technical skills that match the needs of our current clients.
- Strong communication skills
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Ability to start working right away
- Ability to work on a W-2 or 1099 contract, or a C2C contract if you own your own LLC
Can I request another screening?
After 6 months, if you feel like you meet the above criteria, you can elect to go through the screening process again. Simply update your Braintrust profile with your latest professional info, and contact support by submitting a ticket on our Help Center.
