Step-by-Step Video Tutorial
You can edit a job before or after sharing it with candidates. This allows you to refine the job description, questions, scoring criteria, and more—whenever you need to make adjustments.
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
From the left-hand navigation, click Jobs
-
Find the job you want to update
-
Click the three vertical dots (also known as the kebab menu) next to the job title
-
Select Edit Job
What You Can Edit
Once in the edit flow, you’ll have two main paths:
-
Edit Job Title or Description
-
Updating the job description will prompt AIR to refresh the questions and scoring criteria to match the new content
-
Choose this if you're making a significant change to the role itself
-
-
Click “Continue” to make specific updates only:
-
Interview Questions
-
Add new questions or edit the language of existing ones
-
You can also adjust the number of follow-up questions (e.g., no follow-ups for yes/no questions, more for open-ended ones)
-
-
Grading Criteria
-
If you change or add questions, AIR will recommend updating the grading criteria to better align
-
Click “Update Grading Criteria” to have AIR generate new suggestions automatically
-
Or, manually update the criteria by editing or replacing them yourself
-
-
Maximum Interview Duration
-
You can adjust how long the full interview will take—15–20 minutes is typically recommended
-
